Introduction

It is a great joy to see a child sparkle when connecting with a mom. To help a client delight in telling a joke. To coax a person to be understood...and understand. To help a client enjoy oral tastes and textures. These joys fuel my passion for work as a state licensed and nationally certified speech-language pathologist.

I work in natural environments such as your home, school or community.

With extensive experience serving children and adults with complicated communication challenges, I work with families, caregivers and schools to improve the lives of my clients. I specialize in clients with CAS [childhood apraxia of speech], ASD [autism spectrum disorders, including Asperger's syndrome], clients using AAC [augmentative and alternative communication systems] and clients facing oral eating difficulties.

I dream of a world where all people have opportunities for genuine connection and authentic communication with each other. I have chosen to devote my professional energy to this end. It is important work and I am grateful to be a part of it.
