What working with me can look like.

Everything I offer is connected by one question: what would actually help this child and family function better in real life?

In-Home Speech-Language Therapy

I work with your child in your home — during meals, transitions, play, and the everyday moments where communication actually happens. Sessions are flexible and practical. I pay attention not just to what your child says, but how they’re responding, what’s overwhelming them, and what’s getting in the way.

I work primarily with autistic children and adolescents. I take sensory and demand factors seriously, not as an afterthought.

School Navigation & IEP Support

Most parents walk into IEP meetings unsure of what they’re allowed to ask for. I help you get clear on what you actually want for your child — educationally, practically, and long-term — and how to communicate it effectively to schools.

I’m not an attorney. But I understand how school systems work, what’s realistic to ask for, and how to frame requests so they land.

Assistive Technology

The right technology starts with the problem, not the device. I help families think through tools for communication, reading and writing, access, organization, participation, and independence. That may include AAC, but it may also mean comparing options, trying different approaches, adapting existing technology, or figuring out why a tool that looked promising isn’t working in everyday life.

AI Navigation for Neurodivergent Families

AI tools are changing fast, and for families of neurodivergent kids the possibilities — and the confusion — are real. I help families understand what’s actually useful, what’s overhyped, and how to integrate AI tools in ways that support their specific child.

This might include:

  • choosing whether an AI tool is useful or hype
  • helping a teen use AI as a planning or writing support
  • using AI to reduce parent workload
  • thinking through privacy, independence, and over-reliance

Teen & Young Adult Coaching

Autistic teens and college students often have significant strengths and real gaps — in self-advocacy, communication, and navigating systems that weren’t designed for them. I work directly with young people on building those skills, in a way that respects how they think and communicate.

Available in-home, in-person, or virtually.

Speaking & Workshops

I speak to parent groups, school staff, and community organizations on topics including neurodivergent communication, assistive technology, AI for families, and navigating school systems. Talks are practical, grounded in real experience, and designed to leave people with something they can actually use.
